Marinade overnight
BBQ

IP Lasagna

1 Tbsp oil
1 lb ground beef
1 Tbsp italian seasoning
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt

Brown and season beef on saute
Remove half

2 cups water
11 oz lasagna noodles
28 oz tomato sauce
3 cups spinach

Add water, layer of noodles
Add spinach, layer of noodles
Add beef + ½ tomato sauce, spinach, layer of noodles
Add remaining sauce
7 min on HI, 10 min natural then release

1 cup shredded cheese
Parmesan cheese
Basil

Top with cheese

Saute

1 onion
1 tsp garlic
2 Tbsp oil
Sprig rosemary
½ tsp thyme

Toast

1 cp rice
slivered almonds

Add

1.25 cp broth
⅓ cp veg.
1 tsp tumeric
½ salt
½ tsp pepper

3 min on HI, quick release

1 lb chicken
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion pow

1 tsp basil
1 tsp paprika

Rub spices on chicken

IP Butter Chicken

8 Chicken thighs frozen
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 tsp salt
3 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garam marsala
6 carrots chopped
½ cup coconut oil

23 min HI Quick release
Add

1 can coconut milk
1 tsp garam marsala

Garnish w/ red pepper and cilantro

IP Pho Ga

1 Tbsp oil
6 cp broth
1 lbs chicken
1 Onion
Optional: Carrots and celery

2 cloves
½ Tbsp coriander seeds
½ Tbsp peppercorns
1" ginger

¼ Tbsp ground coriander
¼ Tbsp ground pepper
1 tsp ginger

¾ tsp salt

30 minutes Hi pressure, quick release
Remove whole spices
Pour over rice noodles

IP Stroganoff

3 lbs cubed chuck roast/stew meat
1 onion chopped
1 Tbsp minced garlic
¼ cp oil
3 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp thyme
2 tsp paprika

Saute

2 cp broth
¼ whiskey

30 min HI

⅓ cp cornstarch
⅓ cp cold water
1.5 cp plain kefir (or sour cream)

mix cornstarch and water, add to dish and bring back to boil
serve over noodles or rice

IP Lentils

½ cup finely chopped red onion
½ cup finely chopped red bell pepper
½ cup finely chopped white mushrooms
2 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp curry powder
1 cp brown lentils (dry)
1.5 cp brown basmati rice
3.5 cp vegetable broth

24 min HI, quick release

You need about 2x volume of liquid as lentils and about 1x volume of liquid as rice.

IP Mexican Beans

1 lb dry beans
2 cp brown rice
10 cp chicken broth
1 can of diced tomatoes
Opt. Salsa
1 onion diced
1 lb frozen corn
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Pizza Dough

Proof

1 cp warm water
1 tsp sugar
¼ oz yeast

Mix

2.5 cp flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil

Oil pan and hands for handling

Baked Salmon

Mix into paste

¼ cp Mayo
4 tsp minced garlic
4 large sprigs of rosemary minced

Spread on

1 salmon filet

White onion slices

Bake 425F for ~20min
Finish under broiler if desired

Bread and butter refrigerator pickles

3 medium cucumbers chopped thin

½ cup apple cider vinegar
1 cp brown sugar

Butter Cookies

Combine
1 cp butter
1 cp pow. Sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Add until crumbly
2 cp flour

Add until clumps
1 Tbsp milk

Roll into log
Cut into slices
Dredge in sugar
Bake at 350F for 15min
